You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or refund — no hoops, no hassle.

How to Start a Return

Simply email us at support@zyloss.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with instructions on next steps.

Please do not send anything back before contacting us first, as items returned without prior authorization cannot be processed.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition — unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at support@zyloss.com with a photo or short video of the issue. We'll make it right at no cost to you — no return required in most cases.

Exceptions

The following items cannot be returned: perishable goods, custom or personalized products, personal care items, hazardous materials, sale items, and gift cards.

Exchanges

The quickest way to exchange an item is to return the original and place a new order once your return is accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the credit.

European Union — 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason, without justification. Items must be unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
