Just email us — no need to ship anything back. Tell us what went wrong and we'll make it right: usually a free replacement on the way the same day, or a full refund under our 30-day guarantee. Your call.

We'll replace it, free. Every order is covered by a 12-month warranty against defects — email us with your order number and a replacement is on its way. The warranty covers manufacturing faults; it doesn't cover accidental damage, normal wear, or misuse.
